New Painting! The Three Norns

Here is my latest painting. It's called the Three Norns, which are women from Norse mythology who control the fate of human kind.

Each of my Norns live in an element of our world, the ocean, the land and the sky. They are trying to show us the importance of each one.

The Norse Norns; Urd, Verdandi and Skuld represent the past, the present and the future, each a fate which we can not change.

I've been fascinated by Norse mythology for quite some time and wanted to pay tribute to these ladies. I hope you enjoy!
